For support groups for immigrants and their families, call the National Alliance on Mental Illness helpline at 833-NAMI-CHI. Immigrants Rising offers "UndocuHealth" tools, mental health support groups, and resources specifically designed for undocumented people dealing with immigration-related stress. The Coalition for Immigrant Mental Health offers "wellness postcards" and resources focused on community care and trauma.
